By accessing or using Direktor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and must be at least 18 years old to use Direktor.

AI agents deployed through Direktor must comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for the content generated by your agents, and they must not be used for spam, harassment, fraud, or impersonation.

You may not use Direktor to send unsolicited bulk messages, generate deceptive content, bypass safety measures, or extract data from third-party platforms in violation of their terms.

Content you create using Direktor belongs to you. Direktor retains rights to the platform and underlying technology, and receives a limited license to process your content to deliver the service.

Direktor is provided as is without warranties. We are not liable for actions taken by AI agents, third-party service interruptions, or indirect damages.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days before deletion.

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
